Established in 2014, Ashley House is a small independent healthcare provider specialising in long term placements for adults of all ages with complex and long term mental health needs.

It offers placements for individuals over the age of 18. There is no upper age limit.

Care is delivered on four sites. These are Eden Place Mental Health Nursing Home, a 34 bed nursing home, Ashley House, a 13 bed care home, and two small group homes, Manor Road and Norfolk Street with a further 7 beds.

Ashley House is located in Radford Semele, with satellite homes close by in the neighbouring town of Royal Leamington Spa, and Lillington. Royal Leamington Spa is renowned for its wide boulevards, Georgian and Edwardian architecture and expansive award-winning parks, which provides a sophisticated backdrop to our group of homes. Leamington Spa town centre provides a rich choice of restaurants and some of the countries best spas and salons. The world famous Warwick Castle and Shakespearean Stratford-upon-Avon are only a short distance away. Leamington Spa, Warwick & Stratford all have their own train stations and we are perfectly situated to the main motorway network, with the M40, M42, M6 & M1 all being easily accessible.

We want to provide a home – not an institution – empowering our residents to develop self help skills and coping strategies to help them live their life to its maximum potential.
